  • About the role
    • Welcoming Guest on arrival & and assisting general guest admission
    • Allocating tents, caravans and motorhomes.
    • Preparing Welcome Packs for the Guest
    • Assist and deal with all guest queries efficiently within the correct Guidelines
    • To monitor the behavior of guests to ensure they adhere to campsite rules reporting all concerns to the site manager.
    • Report any Health and Safety concerns to the site manager as soon as they arise.
    • Carrying out all duties as per training, written policies and company standards.
    • Respond positively and openly to feedback and suggestions from internal/external guests/suppliers.
    • Provide a polite and efficient service by overcoming objections and challenges as they arise.
    • Share ideas and contribute helpful suggestions to colleagues
    • Use every opportunity to maximize sales and revenue objectives
    • Understand and comply with company objectives and to follow company policies and practices at all times
    • Ensure stock levels are maintained and checked regularly
    • Provide accurate and informative information of services and facilities offered
    • Confidence in upselling and offering additional services which will benefit our guest needs and experience
    • Any other duties as required for the successful operation of the business.
    • Achieve and exceed service levels expected from the business
