Easter EGGstravaganza

Over 30,000 mini eggs to find!

The BIG Sheep will be open to visitors for its annual Easter Eggstravaganza Festival from the Saturday 6^th April  – Monday 22^nd April.  So don’t worry if the Easter Bunny forgets to deliver eggs this Easter because the BIG Sheep will have enough chocolate eggs hidden throughout their world famous family attraction to share with everyone this Easter.

As well as having over 30,000 chocolate eggs to find, there will be something for all the family to enjoy this Easter – a great selection of rides and attractions, great shows and the Easter bunny will be out and about at intervals throughout the day to meet and greet the children.

Everyone will have their own favourite place to search for three tiny chocolate eggs which are needed to trade for a large chocolate egg – Dad might hunt out his egg in our brewery while mum busies herself hunting in our gift shop or restaurant!    The outdoor combat zones may also be the perfect place to find one.  Or you might even be able to spot a tiny shiny egg as you while taking a ride on Devon’s largest family rollercoaster.  With over forty acres of beautifully landscaped park there will be plenty of places among the spring blooms to search for the hidden eggs.  Our friendly ‘flock’ will even be on hand to assist and give you top tips on where to search.

Our massive indoor play area will be an egg free zone so no need to worry about sticky chocolate as children and adults enjoy a range of imaginative soft play, climbing areas, tumble towers mazes and obstacles.

Visitors may also experience Spring first hand, because Easter is the time when many of our new born lambs arrive and children will never forget the magical moment of seeing a new born lamb take its first steps and will love helping bottle feed some of our orphan lambs.  Our animal barn is full of lovely friendly animals – baby chicks, rowdy roosters, pygmy goats, adorable pups, perky piglets and fluffy bunnies.

Whatever the weather this Easter the BIG Sheep will be full of fun and laughter. Rick Turner, Director of the Flock says, “Easter is one of my favourite times at the BIG Sheep, it’s the arrival of spring.  We have lambs born every day and I love to hear the squeals of delight and the look of sheer pleasure on the faces of the children when they discover a chocolate egg!”

The BIG Sheep’s Easter Eggstravaganza Festival has now become a firm fixture in the West Country’s calendar of events when visitors explore every nook and cranny of the fun family attraction that will be choc-o-bloc with chocolate eggs.
