View EventSet in the beauty of Killerton’s chapel grounds; feel the freshly cut grass beneath your feet, and take part in an invigorating yoga class.
Wednesday 24 June, 10am-11am.
This session will be led by Bex, an instructor at Ascend.
Bex teaches a slower yoga flow drawing inspiration from vinyasa and yin yoga. In her class you’ll move slowly with breath – flowing through low-to-the-ground shapes before settling into stillness.
This session is suitable for everyone whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning to the mat. The session will take place outdoors, offering the chance to stretch, move, and breathe in rhythm with the natural landscape. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space for all, set in Killerton’s historic chapel grounds.
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one or opt to feel the grass beneath your feet.
This event is suitable for 16+.
Tickets £6.00 per person including a cup of tea at the end of the session.
Booking essential. A National Trust membership is not required for this session.
