Plymouth city centre will sparkle extra brightly this festive season with a new and spectacular display of Christmas lights.
The Christmas holiday calendar officially kicks off with the switch on of this year’s beautiful Christmas lights in Plymouth on Thursday 18 November, marking the start of festive late night shopping every Thursday in the lead up to Christmas.
This year Plymouth has brand new Christmas lights, set to transform the city centre with festive cheer. There will be an exciting programme of free, family-friendly entertainment to enjoy on stage in the Piazza from 4pm. The full line-up will be revealed soon, but is set to include an amazing performance from popular funk, soul and blues band Joey The Lips.
