Location: Grange Restaurant, Buckfast, Devon
Contract type: Permanent and full time
Salary: £10.04 per hour (aged 21 and over) / £8.10 per hour (aged 18 to 20 yrs)
Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5 days per week to include weekends
Reporting to: Executive Head Chef

If you have:

- Ability to follow schedules and processes for cleaning, waste, deliveries and storage
- Basic food preparation skill
- Flexibility – in working hours, to work across our kitchens and to assist Front of House team in service as required
- Health, safety and environmental awareness and focus
- Experience in busy catering environment (desirable)
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate (desirable, but can complete in post)
- A full UK driving licence to enable onsite movement (desirable)
