Devon Attraction Featured in New Royal Mail Stamp Collection Celebrating Britain’s Spectacular Waterfalls

Devon has received national recognition as Becky Falls, one of the county’s most iconic natural attractions, has been selected by Royal Mail to feature in a new collection of Special Stamps celebrating some of the United Kingdom’s most spectacular waterfalls.

The collection, unveiled on 19 June 2026, features ten waterfalls from across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Becky Falls is among a select group of locations chosen to showcase the beauty and diversity of the UK’s natural landscapes.

Nestled within ancient woodland on Dartmoor, Becky Falls has been attracting visitors for generations and is widely regarded as one of Devon’s most distinctive natural attractions. The waterfall is formed by Becka Brook as it cascades through a dramatic landscape of giant granite boulders, moss-covered rocks and native woodland.

The inclusion of Becky Falls in the Royal Mail collection represents significant recognition for both the attraction and Devon’s wider tourism offer.

Paul Richards, owner of Becky Falls, said:

“It is a real privilege to see Becky Falls featured on a Royal Mail stamp as part of this wonderful celebration of the UK’s most spectacular waterfalls. It is a fantastic opportunity to showcase one of Devon’s most beautiful natural attractions and introduce even more people to this special place.”

The announcement highlights the quality and diversity of Devon’s visitor attractions and the outstanding natural landscapes that continue to attract visitors from across the UK and beyond.

As a Site of Special Scientific Interest, Becky Falls combines tourism, education and conservation, helping visitors connect with one of Dartmoor’s most important natural environments.

The Royal Mail stamp collection also features waterfalls from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, celebrating the geological and natural heritage that makes the UK such a unique destination for visitors.

For Devon’s tourism industry, the inclusion of Becky Falls in this national collection provides another opportunity to showcase the county’s exceptional landscapes, outdoor experiences and world-class visitor attractions.

The stamps are available to pre-order from Royal Mail and will go on general sale from 23 June 2026.
