We had an amazing family day out here. The staff couldn’t do enough and were so friendly and accommodating. The grounds are spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout. There is so much to do for all ages, our children are 2 and 4 but there’s loads for them to currently do and grow into. We will definitely be back along with friends and family

We visited today as a part of 7 including grandparents and a two and four year old. We all found it charming, refreshing and a real change from the usual theme parks. Our little ones loved it, we are so glad we bought a seven day ticket while we are in the area as didn’t get to see it all today. We found the park well looked after and as gardeners too, we appreciated the beautiful planting.

Stayed in one of Watermouth Castle’s apartments. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The park provided hours of fun for our six year old granddaughter and all the staff were cheerful, helpful and friendly. There is plenty of facilities in the park and food and snacks are competitively priced. The whole family enjoyed a fun, stress free stay.

Absolutely fantastic day out. So refreshing to visit somewhere not really commercialised. Everything was great fun, no hidden costs. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. In our group we had 6 children aged 1-8 and they all had a brilliant time as did all the adults. Loads to see and do and all of it fun. Can’t recommend it enough!

Family – A magical blend of history and fun. A fantastic collection of artefacts from history that is worthy of a museum, that is coupled with lots of activities and fairground type games, including penny slot machines, crazy golf, play parks and shows. We had a great time on a drizzly day and would be glorious on a sunny day. And I am sure the footfall is better now they are dog friendly. Well worth a visit.

Couples  – We’re on holiday with my older parents and thought this looked like a fun day out…it was! We all thoroughly enjoyed our day. Even though it’s probably meant for families with young children, we had a great time. We went on the tube slide and the toboggan ride was great. We also liked the river ride and the water fountain show was hilariously patriotic! The food in the cafe was very good and reasonably priced. Also enjoyed the wide selection of old 2p machines

May 2024 • Friends We love Watermouth Castle and decided to have our daughters 6th birthday party there. We booked a Teddy Bear party and had the brilliant Oscar as our host for the day. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left it was perfect. So many lovely touches for the birthday girl too (I won’t spoil surprises). Everything was so well organised and ran really smoothly. Oscar was so much fun and was so smiley and calm – even with a big group of excited 6 year olds! The Teddy Bear room is super cute and the bears were such good quality. We had a lovely large space that we could decorate for the food and everything arrived super quickly so the children were very happy! The food was really tasty. We then enjoyed the park as a group for the rest of the day. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone loved it and those that hadn’t been before can’t wait to return. Thank you Watermouth Castle and an extra special thank you to Oscar!
