Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available around Seaton. We recommend using the Underfleet Car park, next door. This is a Pay & Display, Council-run car park.

Can we visit the Soft Play & Café on the same day as the exhibition?

Yes, visitors are welcome to enjoy the Soft Play & Café in addition to the exhibition. Combined tickets and memberships are available. Subject to availability

Yes, Jurassic Discovery is fully accessible to visitors with disabilities. We have ramps, accessible toilets, and other facilities to ensure a comfortable visit for everyone.

Are pushchairs allowed in the exhibition?

Yes, pushchairs are allowed. We recommend using smaller, more manoeuvrable pushchairs due to the immersive and interactive nature of the exhibition.

Yes, it’s not every day you get to get up close to a dinosaur!

Professional photography and video recording are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Seaton Tramway. Even if your camera gear just appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the exhibition space.

Are there toilets inside the exhibition?

Yes, there are a limited number of toilets available in the first part of the exhibition. However, we do recommend using the reception toilets on arrival to make the most of your experience inside.

Are dogs allowed?

Only guide and assistance dogs will be permitted inside Jurassic Discovery.

Do I have to pre-book the Soft Play?

Whilst you can just turn up, we do recommend booking online to avoid disappointment. If you have a membership you must book your place online to secure your free session.
You will also take advantage of any off-peak pricing when booking online.

Is there an age limit for the Soft Play?

Children up to 12 can enjoy the Play Frame. An adult must accompany children under 4. All children must be supervised by an adult when visiting Jurassic Discovery.

If my one-year-old is free, do they need a ticket?

Everyone entering the soft play needs a ticket, even if it is free. Please book alongside the other required tickets.

What if I’m late for my session?

You can turn up at any point in your allocated 2 hours, however, all visitors must leave at the end of the session.

Do you have Wheelchair access?

Yes, the entire Jurassic Centre is accessible. There is an accessible toilet in both the reception area and alongside the play frame.

Can I bring my own food?

No, only food and drink purchased from the Jurassic Discovery café can be consumed onsite.

Although for party bookings made with us; we do allow birthday cakes but please liaise with the Jurassic Discovery team.

What time should I arrive for my booking?

We advise you to arrive for the start time of your session to maximise play time for the little ones

Do children have to wear socks in the soft play?

Yes. All children in the play frame must wear socks to avoid friction injuries and reduce the spread of any possible infections. Please speak to a member of the team should your child have any sensory requirements. No shoes are permitted on the play frame.

Are there baby change facilities available?

Facilities located within the toilets alongside the play frame.

What food can I buy in the café?

Food and drink can be purchased from the Jurassic Discovery Café located alongside the soft play frame.
