About Cave Cinema

Cave Cinema is an award-winning event, which takes place at Kents Cavern every year. We screen cult classics, family favourites and spine-chilling horrors underground in our spectacular prehistoric setting.

With a fully stocked bar, and a cafe serving incredible Pizzas and snacks, our venue has everything you need to make your visit memorable. Films start at 18:30 and 21:00 and doors open 15 minutes beforehand. Free on-site parking is a special perk for our cinema guests.

What Do I Need To Know

• Event Location: This screening takes place in a cave environment. Please dress appropriately and be prepared for uneven ground and cooler temperatures (15C). We encourage you to bring blankets, pillows, onesie or whatever makes you feel cosy and comfortable. Seating is deckchairs so younger visitors may find a booster cushion helpful.
• Age Restrictions: Entry is based on the age certification of the film being shown: 12 / 15 / 18: No one under the certified age will be admitted, even if accompanied by an adult. Valid ID may be required.
• Child Tickets: Any child ticket purchased must be used by a child under 16 and they must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) at all times during the event.
• Health & Safety: Due to the natural environment, guests must follow all safety instructions provided by staff. Entry may be refused if behaviour is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
• Food Policy: Only food and drink purchased from our on-site café are permitted within the cinema
• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the atypical setting of the event.
