Join us for family fun this Easter!

Come along to Quince Honey Farm this Easter and enjoy fun for all the family, including an Easter Egg Trail (selected dates), honey tasting, seed planting, indoor and outdoor play plus the return of our Beekeeping Demos!

The Easter activity programme runs daily from 10:30am until 4:30pm and you can quite easily spend the whole day here exploring the site.

Activities include:

  • Beekeeping Demo – watch as a real honeybee hive will be opened in front of your eyes (from behind protective glass) to show you what goes on in the colony!
  • Honey Factory Tour & Taste – see our production areas and sample some of our delicious honeys.
  • Nectar Gardens & Bee Talk – discover our pollinator friendly gardens and find out how you can help bees in your own garden.
  • Seed Bar –  visit our seed bar to plant a bee-friendly seed to take home with you.
  • Beeswax & Candle Rolling – learn about the amazing substance that is beeswax. You have the option to roll your own candle to take home with you (additional £2 pp – please pay in the shop).
  • Curious Creatures – meet some other curious creatures, including Giant Snails and Stick Insects!

Easter Egg Trail – 29th Mar-5th Apr
Follow the trail and find nests hidden around the farm, learning fascinating facts along the way, then claim your prize!

Time to Explore – you can enjoy exploring at your leisure (access included in Full Attraction ticket)…

  • EAT – at our award-winning Nectary Restaurant
  • EXPLORE – the Nectar Gardens. Children will enjoy the Buzzy Bee Bingo activity sheet available from the Shop.
  • PLAY –  in the Play Hive Indoor & Outdoor Play Areas.
  • SHOP – browse our Gift Shop which is full of wonderful honey, beeswax candles and bee-autiful gifts!
