Join us to celebrate the apple harvest at Killerton this October and experience apple pressing demonstrations, local farm produce, vintage machinery, traditional Morris dancing, folk music and family fun.

Apple and cider production have long been part of the heritage of the Killerton estate, leaving behind a legacy of traditional orchards.

Join us this October to celebrate Killerton’s Harvest and enjoy a day of apple pressing demonstrations, local farm produce, vintage machinery on display, traditional Morris dancing, folk music, and plenty of family-friendly fun.

3, 4, 10 and 11 October, 10am-3pm.

Over each weekend, enjoy traditional apple-themed games, apple pressing demonstrations, local farm produce stalls and vintage machinery on display.

Entertainment will include performances from Exeter Morris and Otter Morris dancers during the first weekend (3 & 4 October), alongside live folk music from Lazy Divide, a four-piece folk roots band from West Devon, and Rhillig, a Devon-based folk duo, known for their mix of lively fiddle tunes, beautiful ballads and haunting slow airs, on the second weekend (10 & 11 October).

The apple pressing demonstrations, Morris dancing and folk music performances will take place at various times throughout the day. Please see Visitor Reception on arrival for times.

Pop over to Sparrow Park orchard during your visit where you will also be able to pick your own apples.
