The Rehabilitation Triathlon 2023, is a Tri-Service adaptive event for wounded, injured or sick Service Personnel and Veterans and will take place on Plymouth Hoe on Thursday 22 June 2023.
This exciting event starts with a swim in the art-deco Tinside Lido, a cycle around the outside of the Hoe, athletes will then move onto the static rowing machines, before crossing the finishing line.
This is a brilliant event to watch and show your support, as you appreciate the pure determination and commitment of these outstanding athletes as they push through each element of this adaptive triathlon.
