Sail with Santa

On selected dates throughout December. The family’s festive favourite for over 20 years – as soon as you step aboard you will realise why!

Join us as we set sail on the calm-assured waters of the River Exe, taking some well-deserved time out to enjoy Christmas together. The children will be able to meet Santa in his enchanting on-board grotto, where they will receive an amazing handpicked gift, whilst the grown ups can enjoy a glass of our secret recipe mulled wine and locally baked mince pies.

Sail with Santa cruises will be running on

5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 22nd and 23rd of December

We have carried out extensive risk assessments in preparation of these cruises and the format of the cruises has been adapted for 2020 in light of COVID_19, so that we can ensure the health and safety of all of our staff and passengers. As a result, passengers will be able to book in groups of a minimum of 4 people and up to a maximum of 6 and will be seated at tables and chairs for the duration of the cruise. This is to ensure appropriate social distancing. There will be entertainment throughout the cruises but again, this has been carefully planned and adapted in order to ensure safety. The entertainment will take place at tables and passengers will be invited to Santa’s grotto at a set time slot, family by family, to avoid queues. In addition, our friendly Crew will be operating a waiter/waitress-only service at your tables, keeping you suitably nourished and hydrated without having to go up to the bar – again, this is for social distancing.

Despite these necessary changes to the format, we believe that Sail with Santa 2020 will be packed full of fun from the moment you board and our famously fabulous way to kick-start Christmas will be just as fun as before!

So, it’s ‘HO, HO, HO!’ and ‘ALL ABOARD!’ as we set sail on the calm-assured waters of the River Exe for a magical and enchanting Christmas extravaganza!
