Treat your family to a truly enchanting festive adventure this December. Journey through our magical snowy forest to discover Buzzlewick’s Elf Emporium, where Santa’s Head Elf is waiting to welcome you for some festive mischief and wonder, before heading into the park to enjoy all the usual fun of The Milky Way!
The Magic of Christmas tickets are available on 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, and 19th–23rd December 2026 and include:
- Buzzlewick’s Elf Emporium: Step out of the cold and straight into the glowing warmth of the elves’ HQ! Decorate gingerbread people, write and post your letter to Santa, climb aboard his sleigh for a festive snap, and make a pouch of magical reindeer food ready for Christmas Eve.
- Festive Train Ride: Stop by the garland-festooned station, with our huge Christmas tree while you listen to your Christmas favourites and indulge in a hot chocolate that you can sip on our seasonally decorated train ride.
- Indoor Snowball Wars: Step inside our giant igloo for a flurry of winter fun! Duck, dive, and challenge the family to a snowball battle… who will win?
- Merlin’s Festive Show: Take your seats for a joyful, laughter-packed Christmas show crafted by Merlin especially for the season.

🎅 MEET SANTA IN HIS CHRISTMAS COTTAGE 🎅
Make your day unforgettable with an exclusive visit to Santa with this optional addition. No queuing, with a dedicated time slot reserved just for your family (max 6 children) and as an extra magical touch, Santa will already know a little secret detail about every child to make the moment truly memorable.
After meeting Santa, his elves will guide each child into Buzzlewick’s Toy Shop to handpick their very own festive present.
Important Booking Note: Santa visits must be selected and booked online at the same time as purchasing your park entry tickets. Unfortunately, Santa tickets cannot be added to an existing booking later.
