Dartmoor Bike Park is located at River Dart Country Park. With an impressive Freeride Area designed and built by ex-pro BMXer Kye Forte, the skills area consists of four runs graded from blue to orange. The range of short runs contains sizeable jumps, a ‘boner log’ drop and a mulch trick jump. Gravity fuelled riding is now possible at Dartmoor Bike Park! (Available at additional cost)

For those looking for a quieter moment, there are scenic walks along the beautiful River Dart and rugged woodlands.

Our seasonal opening licensed cafe bar, the Old Sawmill, offers high quality, locally sourced food, freshly prepared on-site.

If staying for the day is not enough, why not stay at our award-winning campsite which includes free entry to our extensive playgrounds? (Dare Devil activities and Dartmoor Bike Park not included)

There’s something for everyone at Devon’s multi-award-winning attraction. Set within the incredible Dartmoor landscape and just a mile off the A38 in Ashburton, River Dart Country Park offers an unforgettable outdoor experience.

What a great place to camp and relax, be it in a group or a couple. Facilities excellent and plenty for the kids to amuse themselves. Don’t forget your bikes. Woodland playpark a must to tire the kids out and get their imagination working like the “olden days”.

We spent the whole day here whilst the kids were playing. They had a great time and we think it’s a really good idea as well. We are interested in the camping as well.

This park is great fun – even for teenagers who let their guard down for the day! There are loads of things to slide on, jump off, and climb and there are assault courses for a bit of competition. The highlight was the lake with a large pirate ship in the middle and ropes to swing on.
