FREE Model Railway Driving Experience - Pecorama
The Andeer line will return this Saturday 8th October 2022 for a FREE ‘Drive A Model Train’ day from 10am-5pm in the Station Gallery at Pecorama, Underleys, Beer, Devon EX12 3NA
The Andeer line is Swiss HOm modular layout built by Julia and Derek Boswell which depicts a section of the metre gauge Rhätische Bahn and uses innovative lightweight foam baseboards for ease of storage and transport.
Take the chance to help operate the layout which employs digital control with a central ‘signal box’ and drive the trains using smart phones and tablets. On request, there will also be practical demonstrations of the foam baseboard construction and the use of the electrostatic grass.
Admission is included with a standard entry Pecorama ticket.
