A highly exclusive tour of one of Exeter's most significant buildings
This rare and exclusive chance to view the Bishop’s Palace from the inside and out is a limited availability tour, run only once or twice a year, and will provide a unique view of a structure commonly inaccessible to the public. The Palace boasts a rich history. Though much of it was reconstructed in the 1800s, its initial construction dates back to c.1200, making it one of the most historic buildings in the Exeter area, and the only Norman house to remain in Devon. Its unique air of majesty has been retained for centuries, and we hope that you’ll join us for this phenomenal experience.
