This is a workshop session for keen cooks who want to experience an independent baking session. Come along to the Cathedral Café, don your apron and our chef Stephen will walk you through a recipe for making plain and sweet scones. Whilst they bake, make a container to take your treats home, then comes the tasting session with cream, jam and a drink of your choice.
