Learn the craft of dipped resin flowers
In these fun and friendly workshops you will be guided through the process to create your own dipped resin flowers, using wire, florists tape and resin. All materials are provided in order to craft a beautiful and life-like flower to show off to family and friends and display in your home. Just bring your creativity with you!
The particular pollen of the poppy causes bees to love them, and you should too! So, come and join us to make your very own! The poppy is considered one of the most important flowers and is used to symbolise rememberence. You will craft your own poppy by using a wire technique that allows you to create unique petals with chambers, then you will add a selection of beads and stamens to form our classic poppy. You can also choose the colour of some additional poppy, with those being white, yellow, orange and of course the much loved, classical red poppy!
These monthly classes are part of a series of flower resin workshops throughout the year, with the resin flower corresponding with the flower that you would naturally find in bloom in that month! The classes are suitable for beginners, you do not need to have attended a class before to attend any of the below dates nor do you need to sign up to all of them – you can “dip” in and out (excuse the pun!)
