- The promoter of this competition is Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat trading as Landscove Holidays Ltd.
- The prize is a 3 or 4-night short break for up to 6 people at Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat, Brixham, Devon. The prize excludes school holidays, bank holidays and special breaks and is subject to availability.
- The prize must be taken by the end of 2026.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Landscove Holidays Ltd and anyone professionally connected with the competition.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received and contacted directly by Devon’s Top Attractions and/or Landscove Holidays Ltd
- The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If no response is received, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
