Terms & Conditions – Summer Survey Competition & Prizes

1. Organiser

• The competition is organised by Devon’s Top Attractions, trading as DevonTopAttractions.co.uk (“Organiser”). Loyalty or employment with the Organiser or its members does not qualify as entry.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
• Competition limited to one entry per person.
• Employees of Devon’s Top Attractions or its member attractions, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Period

• Competition opens at 00:00 BST on 22.07.25 and closes at 23:59 BST on 30.09.25.
• Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• Complete the online Summer Survey available on Enter here.

• Provide valid name, email address, and consent to receive marketing communications (see data privacy).

5. Entries Not Accepted

• Incomplete, aged, illegible, corrupted, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Bulk entries or entries made via automated means are not permitted.

 Prizes

• Main Prize: £500 Welcome Family Holiday Park voucher (subject to Welcome Family Holiday Park T&Cs). https://www.welcomefamily.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/

•  Plus Winner gets a Family Ticket free entry (2&2) redeemable at any attractions listed on the reverse and subject to T&C’s and any restrictions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

• The Winner will be selected at random by the Organiser within 14 days of the Closing Date.
• Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of selection.
• If the Main Winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner may be selected.
• Details of winners may be published on DevonStopAttractions.co.uk and shared via social media platforms; entrants agree to this publication.

8. Prize Fulfilment

• The holiday voucher is issued subject to additional Welcome Family Holiday Park T&Cs, accessible via a link included with the prize. https://www.welcomefamily.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/
• Attraction tickets will be sent by post, as notified.
• Organiser takes no responsibility for prize delays or failure due to delivery issues.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal data will only be used for competition administration, winner notification, prize delivery, and—with your consent—future marketing from Devon’s Top Attractions.
• Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By entering, you consent to such use and storage of your data.

10. Publicity & Rights

• By accepting a prize, winners grant permission for their name, likeness, and entry to be used in promotional material by the Organiser and its partners, without compensation.
• All intellectual property rights in the competition materials remain with the Organiser.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Organiser is not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from entry, acceptance, or use of a prize.
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

12. Competition Suspension or Cancellation

• Organiser reserves the right to suspend or cancel the competition due to technical issues, virus, fraud, or other reasons outside its control.
• If suspension or cancellation occurs, entrants will be notified, and winners may be reselected from valid entries received up to that point.

13. Governing Law

• The competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Implementing the Welcome Family Holiday Park T&Cs

• In Section 6, you can add:
  “The holiday voucher is subject also to the Welcome Family Holiday Park T&Cs, which will be provided via https://www.welcomefamily.co.uk/terms-and-conditions/  and must be accepted by the winner before voucher release.”
