Terms and Conditions

• If any error, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The prizes is as follows:
• A Golden Ticket allows the winner to make one free visit to all Devon’s Top Attractions listed on the ticket. The Golden Ticket admits up to 4 adults. Exclusions may exist.

• The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The Golden ticket is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
• Not valid on bank holidays and for most special events.
• Complimentary tickets can only be used at current Devon Association of Tourist Attractions member attractions, listed on the ticket.
• Some attractions may close or leave the Association during the twelve-month period.
• Devon’s Top Attractions are not responsible if attractions close due to unforeseen circumstances.
• The winner will be chosen after the closing date.
• To be used by named ticket holder only. Proof of identity may be required.
• Ticket holders under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (over18)
• Only one visit per attraction.
• Only one ticket accepted per paying group.
• Booking procedures and opening times may be changed due to Covid19, please ahead online book and check on website before venturing out.
• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• Advance online booking is nearly always essential and booking procedures my differ. The winner may have to ring the attraction to confirm. Please check with individual attractions for opening times and booking procedures before setting out on your journey.
• Some attractions are free entry on the ticket.
