The world’s most competitive race on water returns to Britain’s Ocean City, Plymouth, on 30 and 31 July 2022 for the Great Britain Sail Grand Prix.

Taking place within the natural amphitheatre of Plymouth Sound, the foiling catamarans are capable of speeds exceeding 50 knots (nearly 60 mph), promising high speed, high tech and high drama.

Nine competing nations will race in identical F50 catamarans, with home favourite Sir Ben Ainslie, leading the Great Britain Team.

For the best view book your ticket and head to the Official Event Village on Plymouth Hoe, with live race commentary, an official merchandise shop, refreshments and a main stage featuring athlete appearances.

Why not go along and witness how the world’s top athletes harness the power of nature, use grit, skill, technology and determination to win the event and see the Great Britain Team race in their home waters. A phenomenal experience awaits.

SAIL GP – Full Terms & Conditions

1. The prize is 4 x premier access (includes 3 free drinks) for Saturday 30th July and runner up prizes of 4 x access tickets for Saturday 30th July.
2. The general access tickets will be redeemable for one day of SailGP only.
3. Any costs incurred over the prize listed above must be paid for by the winner.
4. Prize is subject to availability.
5. Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
6. To enter you must answer enter your name, email address and answer the question on the survey form.
7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
8. Only one (1) entry per person. Multiple requests and completed forms count as one entry.
9. Entries close at 9am on Wed 27 July 2022.
10. Winner will be selected and contacted on Thur 28 July 2022.
11. The winners will be notified direct via the email address or phone number supplied.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. Travel, parking and any supplements or additions not otherwise stated in the prize are not included.
14. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a selected winner has contravened any of these Terms.
15. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
16. We reserve the right to terminate the competition at any point. Our decision is final with respect to any aspect of the competition, including the determination of any winners.
